Prices and payment
All prices shown on www.sistie.dk include Tax (25%). The jewelery can be ordered online and paid with:

Dankort
Visa card
Eurocard/Mastercard
Mobilepay
Road bill

The amount is charged to your credit card when your order is dispatched from Sistie.

Pre-orders

If you place a pre-order on an item, the amount will be deducted from your account at the same time as the reservation. The item will be sent to you as soon as possible when it is in stock.

Right of exchange and return
There is a 30-day full right of exchange and return with a full refund (excluding shipping) from the day you receive your order. We do not take back used goods.

We point out that no guarantee is given on sequins, pearls, stones etc. on hair accessories and chunky rings.

The jewelery must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition. When returning, please complete the enclosed return slip with name, address and invoice/order number.
If you have paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the credit card used.
If a transfer to a bank account is desired, it is important that you provide your bank account number.

Risk for the product
The risk for jewelery purchased from Sistie passes to you as a consumer when the jewelery is received.

Production information
Reservations are made for errors, deficiencies and any changes in the information on the website, in the brochure and other sales material.
Reservations are also made for incorrect image material. Any errors and omissions cannot be asserted against Sistie/Izabel Camille ApS.

Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and on already discounted jewellery.
