Prices and payment
All prices shown on www.sistieshop.dk include Tax (25%). The goods can be ordered online and paid with:

The amount is withdrawn from your credit card when your order is dispatched from Sistie/Sistie2nd .
The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of DKK 300 or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly benefit on the last working day of each month. The number of monthly payments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each service is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex service and the specific payment plan you have chosen. Remember that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be cancelled. Reservations are made for price errors, typing errors, etc. on the website. If a price is clearly incorrect and you should reasonably have discovered this, we are under no obligation to supply that product at the incorrect price. Reference is made to the Purchase Act "to act in good faith".
Pre-orders
If you place a pre-order on an item, the amount will be deducted from your account at the same time as the reservation. The item will be sent to you as soon as possible when it is in stock.

Right of exchange and return
There is a 30-day full right of exchange and return with a full refund (excluding shipping) from the day you receive your order.
We do not take back used goods.
We point out that no guarantee is given on sequins, pearls, stones etc. on hair accessories and chunky rings.
The goods must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition. When returning, please fill in the enclosed return slip with name, address and invoice/order number.
If you have paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the credit card used.
If a transfer to a bank account is desired, it is important that you provide your bank account number.
Risk for the product
The risk for jewelery purchased from Sistie/Sistie2nd passes to you as a consumer when the jewelery is received.
Production information
Reservations are made for errors, omissions and possible changes in the information on the website, in the brochure and other sales material.
Reservations are also made for incorrect image material. Any errors and omissions cannot be asserted against Sistie/Sistie2nd .
Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and on already discounted jewellery.
If you have used a discount code, you will only be refunded the amount you paid and not the original price of the product before the discount code was applied.
If you have purchased during a campaign such as FREE GIFT , 3for2 or a gift set , the entire order must be returned if you want a refund.
- If you return a product in a gift set, you will not be refunded 50% of the amount.

Purchase of goods on www.sistieshop.dk is subject to Danish law. Any dispute must be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
