Sistie wants to look after the environment - together with you.
That is why Sistie jewelery is made from recycled silver.
This means that all silver is recycled and not newly extracted from nature
In Denmark, shipping is free with GLS package shop for purchases over DKK 300.
If the purchase is under DKK 300, shipping costs DKK 29.
We can also send your order home to your private address, but in that case you must pay postage. A private shipment with GLS costs DKK 50.00. If you are not at home when GLS arrives, you will have to collect your order from your nearest GLS Parcel Shop.
You can pay with Dankort, Visa card, Eurocard, American Express, Visaelectron.
We also accept payment with Mobilepay, Viabill and Anyday.
Sistie will send your order within 1 - 3 working days* after you have placed the order in our webshop.
But we do everything we can to ship the same day if you order before 12 :)
We ship with GLS or Postnord. We have no influence on your delivery times when you receive the shipment.

You must send the defective item back to us. Fill in the enclosed return slip and send the defective item back in the original box securely wrapped. Upon receipt of the item, we will assess the defect and exchange it for another similar item, if it is still in stock.
We point out that no guarantee is given on sequins, pearls, stones etc. on hair accessories and chunky rings.
Of course you can.
You can cancel your purchase up to 14 days from receipt. This means that you can send your order back if you have not used it. The order must be sent back in the original box and sent securely wrapped.
Christmas gifts are exchanged until 14 January 2022
Perfumes can only be returned in unopened packaging. We recommend that you use the supplied scent napkin as a tester.
When purchasing on sistie.dk, your personal information will only be used to complete your order.
We do not pass on your information to other outsiders.
All payments are made with PBS and are SSL secured.
Your jewelery from Sistie is made from natural materials, therefore they require special care and maintenance.
The jewelery is made from recycled sterling silver 925 - ♻️ recycle silver.
Nickel free.
Gold plated silver jewelery is plated with 18 carat gold and silver jewelery is rhodium plated to delay the oxidation process in the silver.
Many semi-precious stones are used, which by nature can vary slightly in shape and colour, just as real freshwater pearls are used in several designs.
